AMCORN was founded on a simple observation: the environments with the most to lose from contamination were being cleaned by companies with the least ability to document it. We built the alternative.

Data centres, pharmaceutical cleanrooms, and clinical facilities share a common problem. The consequences of contamination are severe: thermal events, batch failures, CQC enforcement notices and audit non-conformances. The cleaning supply chain serving these environments was built for offices, not for regulated infrastructure.
Cleaning rotas. Signed timesheets. Calendar-based schedules with no visibility of what was actually happening in the environment between visits. No sensor data. No ML-predicted intervention. No documentation that could survive a serious audit.
AMCORN was built to fix this. We developed an IoT sensor network, a machine learning dispatch engine, a digital compliance portal, and a certified operative model. Each part supports a cleaning programme designed for regulated, high-stakes environments. We started in data centres. We are now expanding into life sciences and healthcare.

Cleanroom & Controlled Environment Standard
All AMCORN critical environment cleans conform to ISO 14644-1 particle concentration classification. Post-clean particle counts are verified by calibrated instruments and reported to your specified ISO class in every compliance report.
HMG National Security Vetting
AMCORN maintains a pool of DV and SC-cleared operatives for government and defence-facing work. We manage clearance applications, renewals, and NSV compliance internally - you receive clearance confirmation documentation as part of every site visit record.
Electrostatic Discharge Compliance
All equipment, materials, and consumables used in active technology environments are tested and certified to IEC 61340. Wrist straps, footwear, and all surface materials are audited and recorded before every visit.
Control of Substances Hazardous to Health
All chemical products are assessed under COSHH regulations. AMCORN uses only data-centre-appropriate chemistry - no ammonia, no bleach, no moisture-based products near live hardware. A full product register is included in every compliance report.
NCSC Certified
AMCORN's business operations are Cyber Essentials certified, reducing your vendor risk posture when onboarding us under supply chain security requirements or ISO 27001 supplier assessments.
Public Liability Insurance
AMCORN carries £10 million public liability insurance, professional indemnity cover, and employer's liability insurance as standard. Higher limits and named additional insureds are available on request.
Sterile Manufacturing Contamination Control
AMCORN is extending its documentation model into GMP-regulated life sciences environments with procedures aligned to Annex 1 contamination control expectations.
Healthcare Cleanliness Standard
